This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data will be processed by us. Information we collect from you

Information we process through 3rd parties

In order to perform as efficiently as possible, we use third parties to process some data for the following purposes.

Onsite Behaviour (aka Cookies) – Just like 99.99999% of websites in the world, we use website tracking technology, such as Google Analytics, to improve site performance, diagnose bugs/glitches and inform future development. These kinds of software do not identify individuals without consent. If you have previously consented for Google to personalise advertising to you, Google Analytics may associate your visitation information on our website with your behaviour on other devices when signed-in to your Google Account. This may allow us to track your behaviour on this site anonymously, across different devices and pair up session data. Form Submissions – In order to efficiently handle requests to subscribe to our mailing list we use a secure, US based, third party applications to collect and transfer the contact data between our website and our email marketing system. If a contact does not wish to subscribe to our mailing list, their data is blocked from being sent to our email marketing system, but is stored, for record keeping only, within the collect & transfer third party applications.

Advertising (aka Cookies) – In order to re-engage you after leaving our site, we may reach you via social media (Facebook, Instagram & Twitter) or Google’s Display Network, promoting our products and services. Opt out of this change the settings of your internet browser to block cookies from our site. However, doing so will result in a depersonalised experience on our site.

Exceptional Circumstances: We may share your data…

In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets. If our assets or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets.

Storing Your Information

You can exercise your right to choose which marketing communications you receive by unsubscribing from our mailing list (if you are already subscribed), or blocking cookies from our site via our alert or your internet browser’s settings.
